摘    要:为考察反应精馏过程中反应和分离间的耦合现象,建立了连续反应冷凝和反应蒸发模型。通过利用该模型对甲基叔戊基醚(TAME)合成反应精馏过程,考察了惰性组分的存在与不存在2种情况下,不同反应强度Da数对该过程的影响。指出了该反应精馏过程合理的塔结构形式、合适的反应强度范围、甲醇的过量程度以及产物组成状况。

Abstract:In order to study the coupling between reaction and separation in the reactive distillation column,continuous reactive condensation and evaporation models were established.By means of the models,the influence of different Da numbers on the reactive distillation process of tertiary amyl methyl ether(TAME) was investigated either with or without inert components.As a result,the rational configuration of column,the suitable range of reaction intensity,the excessive amount of methanol and the feasible composition of products in this reactive distillation process were obtained.
