聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸互穿网络聚合物乳液的合成

摘    要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、1,4 丁二醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯等为原料,采用原位乳液聚合工艺合成聚氨酯聚丙烯酸酯乳液.研究了单体含量对乳液及胶膜性能的影响.实验结果表明:随着乙烯基单体含量的增加,乳液稳定性下降;胶膜的断裂伸长率降低,硬度和耐水性增加.当乙烯基单体的质量分数为35%时,乳液的稳定性大于365 d,胶膜的断裂伸长率为482%,摆杆硬度为0.68,吸水率为18.7%.红外光谱分析表明合成了聚氨酯聚丙烯酸酯.

Abstract:Water-soluble polyurethane/polyacrylate(PU/PA) interpenetrating network composite emulsion was prepared by in-situ emulsion polymerization method.Influence of the amounts of vinyl monomer on properties of emulsion and film was investigated.The results show that,with the increase of the content of vinyl monomer,the stability of PUA and the film-breaking elongation decrease,the hardness and the water-resistance increase.When mole ratio of monomer/polymer was 35%,the stability duration of PUA was longer than 1...
