波导产品镀银层厚度的确定

摘    要:波导类产品的电镀要消耗大量的银。当镀层厚度偏厚时,会使成本增加和带来资源的浪费。根据微波导通的趋肤效应表明,表面镀层厚度与微波的趋肤深度是相关的。通过趋肤深度,可以确定波导产品的镀层厚度。提供了计算的依据和简化计算的方法:这就是将公式中不同金属的各项相对固定的参数,全部经计算后换算成常数,只保留频率为变量。可以方便地求出不同频率的趋肤深度。计算表明,频率越高,镀层的厚度可以越薄。

Abstract:Waveguide products need to use much silver for silver plating.When the coating is parover thick,it will make higher cost and resource waste.According to the surface effect of microwave conducting,surface coating thickness is correlative with microwave surface effect depth.Waveguide product plating thickness can be confirmed through surface effect depth.The calculation basis and simplified calculation methods were provided all the fixed parameters of different metal item in formula were changed to a constant after calculation and only the frequency was retained as variable.So it is easy to get different frequency surface effect depth.The calculation indicates that the higher of the frenquency,the thinner of the plating.
