摘    要:研究了不同耐寒级别ACM(标准型AR801和耐寒型AR840)共混比对并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着AR840用量的增加,ML升高,AM下降,拉伸强度和撕裂强度下降,耐油性能下降,玻璃化转变温度和脆性温度下降,并用耐寒型ACM可改善ACM硫化胶的耐低温性能。

Abstract:The effects of blending ratio of different cold resistant ACM (standard AR801 and cold resistant AR840) on the properties of ACM blends were investigated. The results showed that with the addition of AR840, the ML of AR801/AR840 blends increased, the AM decreased, the tensile strength and tear strength decreased, oil resistance decreased. The glass transition temperature and the brittle temperature dropped with the addition level of AR840 increased, indicating that blended with AR840 could improve the low temperature resistance of ACM.
