偏氟乙烯聚合反应器气液传质特性的研究

摘    要:采用纯氧物理吸收法在直径为300mm的有机玻璃釜中测定气液容积传质系数KLa。研究了桨型、装料高度、桨叶位置及桨叶直径对KLa的影响。结果表明,随着液深的增加或桨叶安装位置的提高,KLa值下降;而桨径增加,KLa值增加。

Abstract:The measurments of gas - liquid mass tranfer volume coefficient KLa were carried out in a organic glass stirred cylindrical tank (0.3m dia.) with pure oxygen physical absorption method. The effects of type,diameter ,and position of agitator, depth of liquid on the KLa coefficient were investigated .The experimental results showed that the KLa coefficient decreased with increasing depth of liquid and raising the position of agitator, while increased with increasing agitator diameter.
