耐老化ABS/PVC共混塑料的研制

摘    要:以国产丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)为主要原料,配以紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂等助剂,研制了耐老化ABS/PVC共混塑料,并对其加工性能、力学性能及耐老化性能进行了研究。结果表明,在ABS和PVC质量比为60:40,添加抗氧剂1076和紫外线吸收剂UV-327(两者用量均为ABS/PVC共混塑料质量的0.5%)后,所制得共混塑料不仅具有优良的力学性能,而且还具有良好的耐老化性能。

Abstract:A kind of anti-ageing plastic composed of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS)/poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) was developed with taking ABS, PVC as major raw materials, and taking antioxidants and ultraviolet (UV) absorbers as additives The processing, mechanical and anti-ageing properties of the plastic were also studied. The results show that when the mass ratio of ABS to PVC reaches 60 : 40 and both antioxidant 1076 and UV absorber UV-327 account for 0.5% of the plastic's mass, the blending resultants so prepared possess not only the superior mechanical and processing properties, but also the eminent anti-ageing property.
