聚丙烯阻燃化的研究进展及发展趋势

摘    要:阐述了聚丙烯(PP)阻燃化的研究进展,分析了阻燃机理。传统型卤化物/Sb2O3阻燃剂燃烧时发烟量大,产生大量腐蚀性和有毒气体,使其应用受到限制;磷系阻燃效果不好,磷—溴体系阻燃效果则较好,又可降低发烟量;无机阻燃剂与PP的相容性差,因此纳米阻燃剂得到广泛应用;膨胀型阻燃剂因其一系列的优点,成为研究热点;四阻燃剂的发展趋势主要是无卤、高效、低毒、少烟。

Abstract:This paper elucidated the advance in studies on flame-retardancy of polypropylene (PP) and analyzed the mechanism of flame-retardance.Because of the heavy smoke haze and the corrosive and toxic gases emitted from halide/Sb2O3 during its burning process, the application of this conventional flame-retardant was strictly restricted. The phosphorus-bromine based system had the advantage over phosphorus based one in efficiency of flame-retardance and furthermore, released less smoke into the environment. The inorganic flame-retardant exhibited inferior compatibility with PP resin, and for this reason, a kind of nano-flame-retardant was developed especially, which was applied extensively. The dilatant flame-retardant possessed a series of outstanding properties and therefore, became the research focus in this filed. Halogen-free, high efficiency, low toxicity and less smoke emission substantially represented the main tendency in the development of flame-retardant for PP resin.
