摘    要:详细介绍了气体辅助注射成型(GAIM)工艺过程及其装置,阐述了它在实际应用中的优缺点、关键性技术问题以及近年来GAIM技术的应用状况,其中也提出了自主开发研制的GAIM设备及其工艺的研究情况.

Abstract:This paper describes the details about Gas Assisted Injection Molding (GAIM) process and instrument, and describes the main advantages and faults of GAIM. This paper also summarizes the development of usage and research on GAIM technology, and presents our study on GAIM instrument and technology. There is much difference between GAIM technology and traditional injection molding, such as instrument and operation, design of parts and molds, and process parameters, etc. Thus, well understanding and digesting GAIM technology is the only way to make full use of it in production.
