摘    要:通过研究抗氧剂和光稳定剂的协同作用,提出了合理的添加剂配方,并将该配方应用到中密度聚乙烯旋转成型专用树脂MLPE-8050的生产中。采用该专用树脂制备的制品能够达到长期使用的特殊要求,其氧化诱导期可达142.0 min,光老化时间大于2 000 h。

Abstract:The authors presented a rational recipe of additives via study on the synergistic effect of antioxidant and photostabilizer and used it in the production of the speciality medium density polyethylene resin suitable for rotational moulding.The articles made of the resin (grade MLPE-8050) can reach the particular requirements for long-term usage,having oxidative induction time of 142.0 min and light aging of.2 000 hours.
