掺杂V2O3系PTC陶瓷的研究现状及进展

摘    要:本文简要介绍了掺杂V_2O_3中的M-I相交以及相关PTC特性,综述了国内外掺杂V_2O_3系PTC陶瓷的研究现状和近期在掺杂体系、淬冷处理工艺和金属添加剂等方面的研究进展,并展望了掺杂V_2O_3系PTC陶瓷的应用前景。

Abstract:M-I phase transition and relative PTC property in V_2O_3 doped ceranics are briefly introduced in this paper. The investigation status at present of V2O3 doped PTC ceramics is reviewed. The recent improvements about dopant system,quenching treatment process and metal additive are discussed. Moreover,the application prospect V2O3 doped PTC ceramics is also analysed.
