氧化镧掺杂金属陶瓷的制备与性能研究

摘    要:采用粉末冶金法成功制备了氧化铝基掺杂氧化镧金属陶瓷惰性阳极试样,其中氧化镧的掺杂量分别为总质量的0.5%,1%,2%,3%。分析了成型压力、烧结温度对试样结构的影响,并采用电子扫描电镜对惰性阳极试样的断口微观结构进行分析;对不同氧化镧添加量试样的抗氧化、耐腐蚀等性能进行了研究。

Abstract:In this paper, a powder metallurgy method of alumina ceramic - metal - doped lanthanum oxide inert anode specimen which of the lanthanum - doped volume of 0.5%, 1%, 2% , 3%. Analysis of forming pressure sintering temperature on the structure of the sample , And using scanning electron microscopy of alumina ceramic - metal - doped lanthanum oxide inert anode structure of the sample analysis Archimedes drainage method used for the sample volume density and porosity determination ; and its doping and anti - oxidation, corrosion -resistant properties of the study.
