油、水磁化对煤油水三元煤浆性能的影响

摘    要:在磁感应强度0.1~0.5T条件下,研究了油、水磁化对神木煤和大同煤制三元煤浆性能的影响。结果表明,适当的磁场强度及磁化时间磁化的水、油,可以降低三元煤浆粘度,增强煤浆的流动性,从而有利于煤浆的输送,但它不利于煤浆的稳定性。各种磁场强度对2种煤浆粘度的影响规律相同,即在一定磁化时间内,煤浆粘度呈先下降后上升的趋势。磁化油、磁化水只所以可以改变煤浆性能,是因为油、水分子在磁场内结构发生了变化。

Abstract:The research has been carried out on the effect of magnetization of coal from Shenmu and Tatong under condition of 0. 1 -0. ST,on performance of coal oil water slurry. The results show that fit magnetic field induction and fit magnetize time can decrease viscosity and improve fluid of slurry, but the stability of slurry deteriorate. The effect of various magnetic field induction on slurry is the same., that is in the limit magnetic time the viscosity of slurry trends to down at first and then raising up. The structure of magnetic oil and water changed, so they can improve the performance of coal oil water slurry.
