加大洗选力度增加产品品种

对章村矿无烟煤的性质和各种形态硫的赋存规律进行了研究，进行了气化型煤试验，预测了物理分选方法脱硫的可行性，提出章村煤必须进行洗选，以降低灰分硫分。提出章村煤洗的最佳产品结构。在以上研究指导下，建立了章村矿选煤厂，选煤厂投产后获得可观的经济效益。证明动力煤分选。根据市场的需要，生产适销对路产品，是提高煤效益的关键。

TO STRENGTHEN RAW COAL PREPARATION AND TO INCREASE THE VARIETY OF COAL PRODUCTS

The characteristic of raw coal and presence regularity of various pattern sulfurs in the anthracite of Zhangcun coal mine are studied. The possibility of desulfurization by physical cleaning methods can be predicted. Summary is that the raw coal of Zhangcun coal mine should be cleaned in order to reduce the ash and sulfur contents of products. Optimum product combination are also pointed out. A new coal preparation plant has been built in Zhangcun coal mine based on above study. After the plant goes into operation, the coal products sold much quickly and to gain much better economic benefit. It proves that steam coal should be cleaned for to meet market demand.
