摘    要:引 言由于工程经验不足及技术方面的原因 ,煤气化设备经常出现故障而导致工厂被迫停产 ,从而造成巨大的经济损失1] .而煤气化设备中的核心设备气化炉是易损坏的设备 .经分析 ,气化炉激冷室结构设计不够合理 .本文以水煤浆气化炉激冷室为研究对象 ,采用k ε模型2 ] 、四通量

Abstract:Quench chamber is the most important component in the coal gasifier,and is easy to break.In order to find the pattern of turbulent flow and heat transfer of synthetic gas in the Vertical downward pipe,a numerical model based on analyzing the flow and heat transfer features of the vertical pipe in quench chamber is first presented.The variations of temperature,velocity of synthetic gas with the change in length and radius of the vertical pipe and the velocity of the gas are obtained,and the effect of radiation is found. The pattern of turbulent flow and heat transfer of synthetic gas in the vertical pipe is further revealed.
