摘    要:与普通机械密封相比,微孔端面机械密封的端面摩擦因数、生热量下降而耐磨和抗压性能提高。本文通过建立激光加工微孔端面液体润滑机械密封的理论模型,分析了微孔沿圆周和半径方向呈间断扇形分布时的密封性能。采用有限元法求解雷诺方程获得不同扇形区和微孔结构尺寸参数条件下的端面液膜压力分布,在此基础上计算了液膜刚度、开启力、泄漏量、摩擦扭矩、刚漏比和开漏比等密封性能参数,并进一步分析了各密封性能参数随结构参数的变化规律。结果表明,当径向开孔长度比和周向开孔长度比的优化值均为0.6,微孔面积密度在0.2~0.3范围取值,深径比在0.010~0.015范围取值时,密封综合性能最优。
