摘    要:介绍了真空碳酸钾脱硫系统的工艺自主开发、工程设计与工业化实施过程。以产-学-研结合的研发模式,通过构架先进的过程仿真软件开发平台,进行工艺过程模拟和优化,形成完整的、独立的、具有自主知识产权的工业化研究成果。这种研发模式克服了传统工艺研发过程的缺陷,可缩短研发周期,节约研发经费,降低工业化风险。这一成果使我国焦炉煤气脱硫技术达到国际先进水平。
