摘    要:将超声波辅助分散液液微萃取(USADLLME)与气相色谱-大新技术公司电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)联合,建立了一种高灵敏度检测水样中多氯联苯的新方法。对影响微萃取的因素进行了优化。在优化的条件下,该方法的线性范围为0.05~50μg/L(r^2〉0.999 5),相对标准偏差在1.4%~6.9%之间。相对检出限为7.24~16.3 ng/L(S/N=3)。在自来水、塘水、江水中分别加入0.1、0.5、1μg/L多氯联苯溶液,加标回收率为81.1%~100.6%、88.1%~95.6%和85.0%~101.8%。本方法可以对水环境中的痕量多氯联苯进行检测,具有操作简便、快速等优点。

Abstract:A novel method based on ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(USADLLME) and gas chromatography-electron capture detection(GC-ECD) has been developed for the extraction and determination of five polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in water samples.The effective parameters for the microextraction performance were investigated.Under the optimum conditions,the enrichment factors were ranged from 263~400.The method exhibited a good linearity(r20.999 5) over the studied range(0.05~50 μg/L),illustrating a satisfactory precision level with R.S.D.values between 1.4% and 6.9%.The limits of detection(LODs),based on signal-to-noise(S/N) of 3,were between 7.24 and 16.3 ng/L.The relative recoveries of the five PCBs from the tap,pond,river water at spiking levels of 0.1,0.5 and 1 μg/L were in the range of 81.1%~100.6%,88.1%~95.6% and 85.0%~101.8%,respectively.The developed method was simple and fast for the trace level PCBs determination in water sample.
