井下高水率快凝充填材料性能及应用研究

摘    要:为了提高矿山充填开采的充填率和井下安全施工,以及减少岩层的沉降量,河北省煤科院研发出一种高固水充填材料,在煤矿生产中的各种应用情况进行了仔细的研究,高水率快凝充填材料浆体具有固水率高和良好的抗渗性能,可很好的满足井下充填开采和防治水的需要,并且在井下瓦斯防治、煤层注水封孔以及U型钢支架壁后加固等井下安全及抢险等方面均具有良好的应用效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the filling rate of filling mining and underground construction,reduce the number of strata subsidence,a high solid water filling material was developed by Hebei Coal Science Institute,a variety of application in mines was studied,high rate water slurry quick-setting filling material with high solid water rate and good permeability performance,could well meet the needs of the underground filling mining and the water prevention and control,with good application effect in mine gas prevention and control,coal seam water injection hole sealing and wall U-shape set reinforcement and other underground safety and rescue,etc
