盐酸四环素的非等温降解

摘    要:研究了盐酸四环素的降解动力学模型。通过不同的升温速率(β=5、10、20、25K/min)下进行热重量分析得到降解数据,并根据无模型动力学方法,得到降解活化能E及其与反应转化率α之间的关系(在转化范围0<α<0.3内,E的平均值为200kJ/mol;当α>0.3时,E值随着α变化而变化)。

Abstract:To consider the configuring of kinetic model of tetracycline hydrochloride.The datas of degradation were obtained from the thermogravimetric analysis during different heating rate(β=5,10,20,25 K/min).According to the model-free method,we can obtain the value of E and the relationship of E and α.This reaction can be divided into two stages:0<α<0.3 and α>0.3.It can be concluded that E was independent of α in the first stage,and in conversion range α>0.3,the value of E changes with α.The average value of E is 200 kJ/mol in the conversion range 0<α<0.3.
