| 摘 要： | 按《中国药典》2005年版附录细菌内毒素检查法,建立了甘草酸二铵注射液细菌内毒素检测法。通过比较试验,结果表明可以取代家兔热原检查法。

| Abstract: | Experiment was conducted according to the bacterial endotoxin test in Chinese Pharmacopeia 2005 Appendix,which was used to establish bacterial endotoxin testing method for diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection.By comparing the test,the results showed that bacterial endotoxin test could be used instead of domestic rabbit method. |
