煤矿用钻机机架自动升降调斜机构研究

摘    要:为满足高低位开孔要求,设计出煤矿用钻机机架升降调斜的一种新型机构,采用二级升降油缸进行机架升降,一次性调斜代替了通过更换调斜油缸铰耳位置来完成调斜的模式。该机构具有结构简单、操作方便等特点。运用有限元软件ANSYS对主要承载部件立柱组件的强度、刚度和稳定性进行了分析校核,结果表明强度具有一定储备、刚度值较大且不会发生失稳破坏,可以安全稳定地工作。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of high low positioning hole, coal mine drilling rig frame lifting adjustable oblique new mechanism was designed, the secondary lifting frame lifting oll cylinder was adopted, one-time pitch angle instead of changing the oblique cylinder hinge ear position completed the model, by using the finite element software ANSYS pillar strength, stiffness and stability of the components were analyzed, the results showed that the intensity of a certain reserve, stiffness value was larger without the damage, which was safe and stable.
