| 摘 要： | 河北冀衡集团有限公司冀衡循环经济工业园项目,依托消毒剂这一主导产品实现了煤化工和盐化工产业的有机结合,初步建立起科学的循环经济发展框架和运行模式。冀衡循环经济模式是杜邦模式和卡伦堡模式的结合,是盐煤化工企业发展循环经济的一种行之有效的模式。
