| 摘 要： | 头孢地尼为第三代口服头孢类抗生素,临床应用效果好,需求量较大。综述了头孢地尼的合成工艺技术,包括环合法、酰氯法和活性硫酯法。指出活性硫酯法具有反应条件温和、操作简单、原料价廉易得、收率高等特点,为目前工业化合成头孢地尼的常用合成方法。

| Abstract: | Cefdinir,one of the third generation oral cephalosporins, has good clinical effects and large demand. To summary the synthetic technologies of cefdinir,including cycliazation method,acyl chloride method and aetived thio ester method. To point out that the actived thioester method is general industrial synthetic technology at present because it has some advantages of mild reaction condition, simple operation, cheap materials, high recovery and so on. |
