钢渣改性磷石膏做水泥缓凝剂的研究

摘    要:由于原状磷石膏直接加入水泥中会导致水泥过度缓凝,因此提出了用钢渣改性磷石膏的试验方案,结果表明,掺加5%~10%左右的钢渣时,能够最大程度地降低磷石膏中的杂质对水泥性能的影响,并且改性体具有一定的强度,有利于运输和计量。

Abstract:The cement would retard gravely if adding the original state of phosphogypsum to cement,so the test scheme of phosphogypsum that modified by steel slag as cement retarder was proposed.The results showed that the effect of impurities in phosphogypsum on cement properties would be decreased in the maximal degree when the content of steel slag was 5% ~ 10%,at the same time the modified body could achieve certain strength,which was favorable to the transportation and measurement of the modified body.
