摘    要:研究了用工业废硫酸改性电石渣取代石膏磨制硅酸盐水泥的可能性,探讨了改性电石渣对水泥的物理性能和水泥水化的影响。试验结果表明,用改性电石渣代替石膏,对水泥浆体及混凝土的物理性能影响不大,但是对于3d和1年龄期水泥的抗压强度却有明显的提高。

Abstract:The feasibility of substitution of calcium carbide sludge that is modi fied by industrial waste sulphuric acid for gypsum to produce Portland cement is studied. The effect of modified calcium carbide sludge on the cement's physical properties and hydration is also investigated. The experiment result shows that the physical properties of cement paste and concrete is affected little by the substitution of modified calcium carbide sludge for gypsum, but it has evident i nfluence on the cement's compressive strength in three days and one year duratio n.
