环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚酯多元醇(PEDA)为主要原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水性扩链剂,通过添加不同种类和不同含量的环氧树脂(E-12、E-51)进行改性,合成了环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯(EWPU)乳液,讨论了DMPA含量、环氧树脂种类和含量对EWPU乳液粒径、粘度、贮存稳定性以及胶膜吸水率和力学性能的影响。结果表明,环氧树脂中的环氧基团在整个反应过程中没有参与反应,保留在EWPU乳液中;DMPA质量分数为4%、环氧树脂E-12质量分数为8%时,制备的EWPU乳液和胶膜的性能较好。

Abstract:The waterborne polyurethane emulsions modified by different kinds and different contents of epoxy resin( E-12 ,E-51 ) were synthesized by using isophorone disocyanate (IPDI) and polyester polyol (PEDA) as the main raw materials, using dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as the hydrophilic chain extender. The influential fac- tors such as the contents of DMPA and epoxy resin, species of epoxy resin on particle size, viscosity, stability,water absorption, mechanical properties of the waterborne polyurethane emulsion were researched. The result showed that the epoxide groups didn't react in the whole reaction process and conserved in the EWPU emulsion. The EWPU emulsion and the film performed a series of excellent properties when the DMPA content was 4%, and the E-12 content was 8%.
