摘    要:总结了陶瓷膜过滤装置在氯化钾一次盐水精制系统中应用时的操作难度大、精制盐水浓度控制不稳定、过碱量和钙镁指标异常波动、SS过滤效果不理想等情况,制定和采取了相应的改造措施,实现了生产系统的稳定运行.

Abstract:Ceramic membrane filtering units were used in the primarily refining system of potassium chloride brine. Problems occurring in the filtering units were summarized, including difficulty in operation, instability in control of refined brine concentration, abnormal fluctuation of excessive alkali amount and calcium/magnesium ion content, and non-ideal filtering effect of SS. Appropriate improvement measures were worked out and adopted, realizing stable running of the system.
