| 摘 要： | 简要介绍离子膜电解装置的特点,从精制盐水、电解槽温度、电压、加酸控制、直流电耗、总管压差等方面论述了电解装置的生产管理、优化控制,提出了要对离子膜电解装置进行定期工艺普查、分析普查和设备普查,以保证电解装置安全稳定运行。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of ion-exchange membrane electrolytic devices are introduced briefly The production management and control optimization of ion-exchange membrane electrolytic devices are described in respect of brine refinement, temperature of electrolyzers, voltage, control on acid supply, direct current consumption, and pressure difference of main pipeline. It is pointed out that all the processes, the determination and the equipment related to ion-exchange membrane electrolytic devices should be surveyed periodically in order to ensure safe and stable running of the devices. |
