摘    要:介绍了高电流密度自然循环复极槽的技术特点;说明该电解槽具有生产能力强、一次性投资少、占地面积省、操作弹性大、经济效益高等优点;指出使用该电槽时,应注意最高电流密度的确定、电极的寿命、离子交换膜的寿命以及系统操作的稳定性。

Abstract:The technical characteristics of natural-circulation bipolar type electrolyzers with high current density were introduced.The electrolyzers had the advantages of large production capacity,low investment,small covering area,flexible operability and high economic benefits.It was pointed out that when running this kind of electrolyzers,the determination of the highest current density,the service life of electrodes,the service life of ion-exchange membranes,and the stability of operation should be paid attention to.
