| 摘 要： | 对涤纶微细旦ＰＯＹ—ＤＴＹ的生产工艺做了简要分析．认为当生产线密度０．５５ｄｔｅｘ的ＤＴＹ时．需要对前纺及后加工工艺作相应调整．同时对所用的生产设备也有特殊要求．并对前纺工艺中的纺丝温度、冷却条件等及后加工工艺中的加工速度、牵伸比、热箱温度、摩擦盘组合方式等影响因素作了一些探讨．

| Abstract: | The process of microfine denier PET DTY made by POY-DTY was analysed. It showed when producing 0. 5 dtex DTY, the production process should be regulated and special requirements on equipments were put forward. Finally, some factors such as spinning temperation, cooling condition, processing speed, draw ratio, temperation of heating box and friction discs were discussed. |
