摘    要:对硝基苯胺反应釜优化控制系统是以调优工作为基础,KMM可编程调节器为核心的计算机优化控制系统。该系统采用选择控制和采样调节,并有显示、记录、报警、手/自动切换等多种功能,具有功能齐全,抗干扰能力强,操作方便,稳定可靠等特点。

Abstract:Abstract: In this paper, a microcomputerized optimal control system of ammonolysis for p-nitroani- line is described. The system was designed based on analysis of the process and the work of technical optimization. It is composed of a KMM programmable controller, and selection control and sampling adjustment are adopted. It possesses such functions as display, record, warning, manual control, au- tomative control and undisturbed switching. It is multifunctional, reliable, interference-free and con- venient to operate.
