过氧化氢蒎烷对丁苯橡胶聚合的影响

摘    要:研究了过氧化氢蒎烷(PHP)对丁苯橡胶聚合的影响,与过氧化氢二异丙苯(DIP)引发聚合的对比结果表明,PHP的催化活性要比DIP的高,同样纯度的引发剂,PHP质量分数的DIP的54%时二者具有相同的引发效果。而且对所制备胶乳性能的影响相近。用PHP制得的SBR1502橡胶的相对分子质量分布和物理机械性能与用DIP制备的接近,PHP与DIP混合引发剂不影响聚合速率。

Abstract:The effect of pinane hydroperoxide (PHP) on the polymerization of SBR 1502 was studied. The results showed that PHP had higher catalytic activity than that of diisopropylbenzene hydroperoxide(DIP), and 54% (mass fraction) PHP had the same initiation effect compared with that of 100% DIP. The effect of PHP on properties of SBR latex was similar to DIP. The Mw/Mn and properties of SBR 1502 manufactured by PHP and DIP were approximate. The mixture of PHP and DIP had no influence on polymerization rate.
