溶聚丁苯橡胶SSBR 2305在轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘    要:采用国际标准基本配方和工厂实用胎面胶配方考察了锡偶联改性SSBR2305的物理机械性能,并以动态粘弹谱仪考察了该橡胶用于轮胎胎面胶时的滚动阻力和抗湿滑性。结果表明,SSBR2305的物理机械性能与ESBR1502的相近,SSBR2305硫化胶的物理机械性能完全可以满足实际应用的要求,SSBR2305表现出类似于ESBR1502和ESBR1712的高抗湿滑性能,同时又具有接近于NR和BR的低滚动阻力,在胎面胶研究配方中,SSBR2205可实现高抗湿滑性和低滚动阻力的良好平衡。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of tin - coupled SSBR 2305 was studied by ISO test recipes and applied tread recipes. The rolling resistance and wet - skid resistance of tread adopted SSBR 2305 was also studied by dynamic mechanical analysis. The results showed that the mechanical properties of SSBR 2305 was similar to those of ESBR 1502 and could fit to the requests of tire tread. The wet - skid re-sistance of SSBR 2305 was as high as ESBR 1502 and ESBR 1712 and its rolling resistance was as low as NR and BR. Thus the balance between the wet - skid resistance and rolling resistance of tire tread could be achieved by SSBR 2305.
