| 摘 要： | 综述了热塑性硫化橡胶（TPV）的加工和应用，TPV具有显著的切敏性，宽的加工温度和低的模口膨胀率，在包括模压或压延成型，挤出、吹塑直到注射成型中，均有较好的加工性能。TPV优异的性能与灵活的设计特点为其在汽车、电子电气、建筑、包装等领域提供了广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | s:The application and processing of t her-moplastic vulcanizate were reviewe d with 6refer-ences.Thermoplastic vulcanizate e xhibited good processing property in press moldin g,calendering molding,extrusion molding,blow mo lding and in-jection molding,which atrributeed to its extreme sensitivity to shear rate,wider pro cessing tempera-ture and lower die swell ratio.Due to its good properties and flexible control,th ermoplastic vul-canizate would be extensively appli ed in automobile,construction,electric appliance,package industry. |
