溴化丁基橡胶的制备与结构表征

摘    要:通过将丁基橡胶溶解和溴化等制备了溴化丁基橡胶,考察停留时间及反应温度对产物门尼黏度、不饱和度、溴含量及微观结构的影响。用傅里叶变换红外光谱对试样进行了表征,通过核磁共振对其溴含量和微观结构进行了定量分析。结果表明,停留时间在2 m in以内时其门尼黏度和不饱和度急剧下降,超过2 m in后的变化不大;升高反应温度会使门尼黏度下降,而对不饱和度影响较小。升高反应温度和延长停留时间不仅有利于产物中溴含量的增加,而且有利于其分子结构的重排,即存在由溴代仲位烯丙基构型向更稳定的溴代伯位烯丙基构型转移的现象。

Abstract:Brominated butyl rubber was prepared by comprising dissolving butyl rubber and contacting with fresh bromine,the effects of contact time and reaction temperature on Mooney viscosity,unsaturated degree,mass fraction of combined bromine and the mole ratio of structures of brominated butyl rubber were investigated,the structure of the obtained rubber was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the mass fraction of combined bromine and the mole ratio of microstructures of brominated butyl rubber were quantitatively analyzed by ~1H-NMR.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity and the unsaturated degree decreased greatly with time in 2 min,but decreased slightly with time beyond 2 min;Mooney viscosity decreased with the increase of temperature,but almost no effect on unsaturated degree was observed.Prolonging contact time or rising temperature not only increased mass fraction of combined bromine,but also accelerated structural rearrangement(secondary allylic configuration changes into primary allylic configuration).
