粉末丁苯橡胶装置离心系统的改进

摘    要:分析了立式离心机运行中存在的问题,改进后采用卧式螺旋卸料离心机替代了立式离心机。结果表明,卧式螺旋卸料离心机可实现连续化生产,干燥器进料均衡,温度平稳,粉末橡胶产品含水率低且稳定,成粉率高;减少了设备停车次数,降低了操作人员劳动强度,提高了安全性和生产效率。

Abstract:The fault of vertical centrifugal machine was analysized and replaced by horizontal one with a discharge screw.The results showed that the horizontal centrifugal system could carry out continuous production,and incharge of its drier was ba-lanced,temperature was stable,moisture in ultimate product was stable and lower but powdering ratio was higher.The adoption of horizontal centrifugal one could also lower the system shutting down and physical labour strength of operator as well as increase safety and productivity.
