摘    要:研究了软化剂环烷油和填料二氧化硅的用量对丁基橡胶/聚丙烯热塑性硫化胶(IIR/PP TPV)结构和性能的影响,尤其对流动性能和弹性性能进行了研究。并首次通过稀释法清楚地观察到IIR/PP TPV的微观结构。结果表明,软化剂油对TPV的流动性能影响非常显著,软化剂油能大大改善TPV的流动性能;填料对TPV的增强效果不是很明显。在此基础上,提出了改善TPV流动性新的机理及思路:加入软化剂油使橡胶在动态硫化过程中破碎效应增强,同时在动态硫化过程中,会有一定量的软化剂油迁移进入聚丙烯造成基体黏度降低,正是这2种效应改善了TPV的流动性。使用软化剂调整TPV的硬度也是非常有效的,而不一定要通过调整橡塑比。

Abstract:The structure and properties of IIR/PP thermoplastic vulcanizates with different content of oil and silica were investigated, especially the rheological property and elasticity property. For the first time, the morphology was got by diluting the IIR/PP TPV using PP. The results showed that, the effect of oil on the flow property was very notable, oil could greatly improve the flow property of TPV, but the effect of silica on TPV mechanical properties was not evident. Based on this study, the new mechanism and idea for the effect of oil on flow property was brought forward,which was, during dynamic vulcanization, the crushing efficiency of rubber was enhanced by adding softening agent. At the same time, there was some oil migrated into PP, as the result, the viscosity of matrix decreased. It was because of above two efficiencies that the flow property of TPV was improved.
