| 摘 要： | 大学生是社会生活中最活跃最敏感的群体，时代的变化和冲击，在他们的心灵中会引起激荡，还有他们自己许多特殊的问题，会造成他们的心理危机或心理障碍。因此开展其心理研究，探索其心理变化规律，做好他们的心理疏导工作，帮助他们保持正常的心态和健康的心理素质，是高职院校思想教育的重要课题之一。
