萤石-重晶石浮选分离试验研究

摘    要:通过对某萤石-重品石矿石分离试验研究,发现通过合理药剂配伍.经多次精选可有效分离,获得高质量萤石精矿,满足氟工业的需要,矿浆pH值对浮选分离影响大,水玻璃 焦性没食子酸 硫酸亚铁的药剂组台,对萤石-重晶石分离有良好效果。

Abstract:Basing on the separating floatatio experiments of a ore containing fluorite and baritite, a study discovers that the effective separating is abtainable between the fluorite and the baritite in the ore by means of a reasonable reagent cooperation and many times concentratings. A high grade fluorite flotation concentrate has been gained and met the needs of fluor industry. The study shows that the pH value of a mineral pulp has an obvious effect on the separating floatation and the reagent cooperations of sodium silicate+pyrogallicacid+sulphite of iron have a good effect on the separating flotation between the fluorite and the baritite in the ore.
