| 摘 要： | 21世纪的激烈竞争呼唤创造性思维和创新型人才的涌现，加强对高职学生创新精神和创新能力的培养已经成为时代教育的必然要求。高职院校作为国家创新教育的主要基地，要按照邓小平同志关于“教育要面向现代化，面向世界，面向未来”的人才培养方向，转变教育思想，更新教育观念，不断深化教学改革，推进文化创新和高职人才培养模式创新，为高职学生开展创新活动，提高创造技能，培养创新能力营造良好的创新氛围。

| Abstract: | It is inevitable demands to strengthen the cultivation of innovative spirit and ability for higher vocational students with the fierce competition in 21st century.The higher vocational colleges are the main bases of innovative education in our country.Therefore,the qualified persons training should defer to the spirit of "facing the modernization,the world and the future" as the guide.The innovative spirit and ability can be developed,the good innovative atmosphere can be built by the transformation of educational thought,the renewal of educational idea,and further deepening the educational reform and advancing cultural innovation as well the innovation pattern of qualified persons training. |
