压滤板受力情况的弹性力学方法分析

摘    要:板框压滤机在过滤过程中,由于各种因素,会对滤板产生侧压力。滤板受到侧压力,就会产生内应力,如果内应力大于滤板抗弯强度时,滤板就会开裂损坏,现采用弹性力学的变分法和有限差分法推导求解压滤板的受力情况,并就防止压滤板损坏,提出几点具体措施。

Abstract:Owing to various kinds of factors, Plate & Frame Filter Press will generate side pressure to the filterplate in the course of filtering. The internal stress is hence produced. If the internal stress exceeds the bendingstrength of the filter plate, the plate will be damaged and crack. With Variation Method and Definite DifferentialMethod of the theory of elasticity, the force on the plate can be inferred and calculated. Several specific mea-sures on how to prevent the filter plate being damaged are suggested.
