安太堡露天矿半固定式破碎站布设水平的优化

摘    要:半固定式破碎站布设水平的优化是半连续运煤系统能否取得更大效益的关键因素.结合安太堡露天矿半连续运煤工艺的实际情况,归纳了毛煤卡车综合运距和胶带运距的计算公式,提出了单斗卡车间断工艺下当量工作线长度的计算方法.论述了该露天矿半固定式破碎站合理布设水平的优化方法,建立了优化目标函数,得出了不同方案的总费用并进行了技术分析,最终合理确定了破碎站布设水平.结果表明:当上部剥离采用卡车运输时,破碎站布设在4^#煤底板上方60m时总费用最低;当上部剥离采用连续运输工艺时,破碎站布设在4^#煤底板上总费用最低.

Abstract:The key factor determining whether the semi continuous technology can make profits is the optimization of the located level of semi-stationary crushing station. Combining with the practical situation in Antaibao surface mine, the computing formulas on the comprehensive con- veying distance of the truck and the belt were induced, the computing method of equivalent length of the working bench in shovel-truck technology was proposed. The optimization method of located level of the semi-stationary crushing station and the optimization objective func- tion were obtained, the total costs of different schemes were analyzed, and the reasonable located level of the crushing station was presented. The results show that when the upper part ma- terial stripping adopts truck transportation, the total expenses is the lowest locating the crushing station at the bench 60 m above 4^# coal, and when the upper part material stripping adopts continuous transportation, the total expenses is the lowest locating the crushing station at 4^# coal.
