摘    要:通过红外光谱和扫描电镜等对生物质型煤的成型机理进行了探讨,采用二次通用旋转组合设计方法对褐煤/生物质成型工艺条件进行了优化.得到了跌落强度试验指标与各组分之间的回归方程,并求出了优化成型条件:配比(稻壳与褐煤的质量百分比)为27%~31%,保压时间为20~21 min,温度为146~153℃.生物质型煤在没有外加黏结剂的条件下,通过加温使得生物质中含有的木质素部分熔解成黏结物质,将褐煤黏结固定,提高了生物质型煤的跌落强度;而加热成型过程同时实现了褐煤内水分的脱除,实现了褐煤的高效利用.

Abstract:The briquetting mechanism of bio-briquette was investigated by a FTIR and SEM. The briquetting conditions of lignite/biomass was optimized by means of quadratic general rotary unitized design. A regression equation between ratio of rice husk and lignite and treatment time, treatment temperature and drop strength was proposed. The optimal processing parameters of bio-briquette are achieved as following: ratio of 27%~31%, treatment time of 20~21 min, treatment temperature of 146~153 ℃. Under high temperature, part of lignin is liquated to binding material, which has a bonding function to lignite. The fall strength of bio-briquette is increased without adding binders. The process can also dewater the internal water of Xian-feng lignite. High efficient utilization of lignite can be realized.
