综放沿空留巷充填体稳定性控制

摘    要:基于综放沿空留巷的矿压模型,计算出充填体稳定所需的强度和能适应的变形量,并以此选出充填材料及其水灰比.为提高充填体的整体支护强度和抗变形能力,重点阐述了空间锚栓加固网技术及其对充填体稳定性的控制效果,为缩放大断面沿空留巷技术的成功试验莫定了坚实基础。

Abstract:Based on the rock pressure model of the gob\|side entry retaining in fully\|mechanized coal faces with top\|coal caving, the deformation mechanism and relevant parameters of the entry\|side packing body were analyzed, the strength and deformation needed for the stability of the packing body were calculated. And the packing material and its ratio of water to concrete were also selected. A technique of "three\|dimension reinforcing net with bolt for entry\|side packing" was emphatically introduced to control the stability of the packing body, and the good reinforcing effects of the packing body were also shown by the field measurement results. The reinforcing technique lays a good foundation for the successful test of gob\|side entry retaining in fully\|mechanized coal faces with top\|coal caving.
