摘    要:为保证高温过程中岩石工程的稳定性和安全性并解决煤炭地下气化过程中气化炉围岩的维护问题,采用高温加热炉和扫描电子显微镜研究了高温双向约束条件下石灰岩膨胀应力的变化规律.试验结果表明:石灰岩的膨胀应力随温度的增加逐渐增大,恒温结束时石灰岩的膨胀应力为刚达到该温度时初始值的1.2~1.7倍;各温度段之间石灰岩膨胀应力和加热温度近似呈线性关系,并且各温度段的曲线斜率逐步增大,恒温60 min后膨胀应力趋于各温度水平的稳定值;高温过程中,石灰岩膨胀应力经历了3个阶段:加热升温阶段、恒温膨胀应力增大阶段、膨胀应力稳定阶段;高温过程中石灰岩膨胀应力的变化与其微观结构变化密切相关.

Abstract:Safe engineering in rock at high temperature and maintenance problems with gasifica-tion furnaces both require an understanding of how limestone swells at high temperatures. The swelling of limestone under bidirectional constraint has been investigated by heating to high temperatures and by observations made with a scanning electron microscope. The results are that the limestone swelling stress increases as the temperature increases. After soaking at a given temperature swelling stress can reach 1.2 to 2.7 times the stress initially seen after reac-hing that temperature. Swelling and temperature are linearly related, although the slope does increase gradually as the temperature increases. Stresses are constant after sixty minutes soa-king time at a fixed temperature. There are three stages to the process: Initial heating; An in-crease in swelling stresses at the soak temperature; and, A stable period after the swelling has stopped. The swelling stress changed at the same time as the micro-structure of the rock changed.
