摘    要:为科学确定煤矸石充填复垦的材料和标高,以徐州矿区为例,采用现场试验和实验室分析测定相结合的方法,研究了煤矸石的地球化学性能和有毒元素状况,分析了煤矸石孔隙度计算的理论和方法,建立了煤矸石充填超高计算的数学模型,提出了煤矸石充填标高确定的数学方法.结果表明:徐州矿区煤矸石可作为煤矿塌陷地的充填复垦材料,煤矸石地球化学组成中SiO2的质量分数平均为54.66%,使得煤矸石具有一定的硬度,煤矸石的Hg,Cd,Pb,As和F等有毒元素含量不超标;煤矸石充填复垦的实际充填高度应为设计充填高度的1.3649倍.

Abstract:In order to decide the material and elevation of coal waste filling reclamation scientifically, taking Xuzhou mining area for example, combining site experiment with laboratory test, the geochemistry characters and noxious elements content of coal waste were studied. The theory and method of calculate for coal waste porosity was analyzed, the mathematical model of filling freeboard of coal waste was formed, and the mathematical method of calculating filling elevation of coal waste was proposed. The results show that the coal waste in Xuzhou mining area can be used as filling material for land reclamation. Its average silica content of geochemistry composition is 54.66%, so that it has hardness. Its contents of mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic and fluorine do not exceed that in Chinese standards. The practice filling height is 1. 364 9 times as height as the design one of the coal waste filling reclamation in Xuzhou mining area.
