露天矿设计理论的新发展

摘    要:指出露天矿剥采计划现有两类优化理论-均衡类和效益类的缺陷,前忽视矿山的效益,后忽视生产的稳定和剥离“洪峰”的削减,经多年探索,提出了“剥离运输功均衡法”,将矿山生产的两大主要因素-剥采比和剥离运距结合起来,实例证明,它优于现有的两类理论,特点是拓宽了均衡途径,求得生产稳定而付出的代价较小,削减剥离洪峰更为灵活有效。

Abstract:Through the analysis of two kinds of the present open-pit mine plan theories, the balance theory and the beneficial theory, their shortcomings were pointed out, i.e. the former loses sight of mine benefits and the latter overlooks production stability and stripping peak cutting-down. Based on the above, a new method, the balance method of stripping transport work, was put forward. This new method combines the two main factors of open-pit mine production, the stripping ratio and the stripping transport distance. An instance has proved that the new theory has some superiorities to the present theories, such as it widens the application range of the balance method, can decrease the cost for the stability of production and cut down the stripping peak more efficiently.
