无机发泡胶凝材料防治高冒区托顶煤自燃火灾

摘    要:利用新型无机发泡胶凝材料和发泡注浆设备,进行了平顶山煤业集团天安公司十三矿己15.17煤层11111采面回风巷高冒区托顶煤火灾防治研究.在30d内,分别在高冒区的1#,2#,3#共3个注浆孔,共进行了12个班次的注浆作业,使3个注浆孔的O2,N2,CO,CO2,CH4气体的平均浓度分别由注浆前的5.305%,82.265%,0.139%,2.531%,9.560%,变化为注浆后的16.492%,81.544%,0.041%,0.177%,1.634%.表明该新型无机发泡胶凝材料对高冒区的有效填充,降低了高冒区漏风量,阻止了高冒区托顶煤的进一步氧化升温,使CO,CO2气体的浓度降低,O2,N2气体的浓度接近正常水平,从而有效的防止了托顶煤自然发火现象的发生.该无机发泡胶凝材料的使用量仅为非发泡材料用量的1/3~1/8,且该发泡材料还具有受热失水后,不发生体积收缩变形,不形成新的漏风裂隙的特点.

Abstract:Fire prevention in a top-coal falling area of a return airway was effected by use of a new self-foaming inorganic gel applied with pressure injection equipment. The thirteenth mine of the Pingdingshan Coal Company Ltd.,was used as a test airway (1111 work face of coal seam F15.17). Twelve injection tests were done over a period of thirty days.
