| 摘 要： | 本文提出了在社会主义市场经济中，矿产资源价格的构成要素包括矿山级差地租、矿山绝对地租和地质勘探费三部分内容；依据最优化原理，从保证资源预期开发总经济价值最大的观点出发，推导并建立了矿产资源计价的基本模型，为开展矿产资源计价，提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds that the price factors of mineral resources comprise three parts,which include differential rent,absolute rent and the cost of exploration.Through further research,and according to the principle of profit-maximization,a basic pricingmodel of the mineral resources is derived.This model provides a theoretical basis for thepricing of mineral resources in China. |
