绝热氧化法研究煤的自燃特性

摘    要:介绍了一种绝热氧化实验设备及其实验方法,利用该设备测试了3种煤样的低温氧化自热升温过程,成功实现了100g左右小煤样的煤自然发火过程模拟试验研究,获得了煤在绝热状态下的氧化升温曲线,建立了煤的绝热氧化产热量计算的数学模型,对实验过程中煤在绝热条件下的氧化产热量进行了计算,获得了不同温度段煤的绝热氧化升温速率和产热速率。

Abstract:An adiabatic oxidation equipment and the experimental method were introduced. The spontaneous combustion process of three coal samples was studied with adiabatic oxidation using this equipment. It was successful to realize the simulation of spontaneous combustion of coal with 100 g sample and get a temperature curve under ideal adiabatic condition. The mathematic model of adiabatic oxidation was built. According to the model and the test data, the temperature rise rate and generating heat of different temperature sections were obtained.
